Position Summary
The Incentive & Rewards Travel Business Development Associate is a fully remote, commission-based role ideal for individuals already connected within the business world. This position is perfect for a self-starter with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of corporate needs, particularly around incentive trips, team-building activities, and company retreats. You’ll work as an independent contractor, leveraging your insights and contacts to drive group business to Evyssa Vacations.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Generation: Identify and connect with businesses interested in rewarding employees, organizing team-building events, or planning international retreats.
· Networking: Use your existing network and professional connections to generate new leads and referrals.
· Business Development: Present Evyssa Vacations’ incentive travel solutions to potential clients, positioning us as the go-to provider for customized corporate travel.
· Independent Management: Work autonomously to research potential opportunities and manage the sales process from start to finish.
· Sales Focus: Drive group business in the small to medium-sized business sector, specifically for international travel programs.
