Position Summary
The Specialty Group Travel Business Development Associate is a flexible, work-from-home role ideal for individuals who love networking and connecting with others. Your main responsibility is to recruit groups of 10 or more people for specific travel experiences - culinary tours, river cruises, group getaways, and more. Once you’ve secured a committed group, our team takes care of all the planning, booking, and management. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong personal network, a passion for travel, and the ability to inspire others to embark on exciting journeys.
Key Responsibilities Group
· Recruitment: Identify and connect with people interested in group travel opportunities for international trips.
· Networking: Leverage your network and relationships to spark interest in specific trips and recruit a minimum of 10 committed participants.
· Promoting Trips: Share information about upcoming travel opportunities and encourage group participation through conversations, social media, and other communication channels.
· Facilitation: Once the group is formed and committed, hand over the details to our team to handle the planning and execution.
