Introducing "First-In-Line" Deposit
For each of our tours to operate, we need a minimum of 10 passengers. To guarantee availability and pricing, we need to know interest ahead of time.
What is a Future Trips- First-in Line Deposit?
If you are serious about joining one of our Future Trips, you can secure your spot with a $250 First In Line Deposit while we are still working on the details. This payment is intended to place you first in line for the tour you choose. Your place is confirmed only after dates, pricing, availability, and final booking terms are released. This payment counts towards your trip cost, and as a Thank You for your early commitment, it entitles you to an additional $150 extra discount on top of any early bird or promotional rates that we offer, once the trip opens to the public. The deposit may give you access to the earliest available pricing or a launch offer, subject to the final trip terms.
Why are we asking for a First-in -Line Deposit?
Early deposits allow us to estimate interest more accurately and allows us to secure better rates and more added value for your Pickleball Vacation.
When can I pay the First-in Line Deposit?
This is only available while we are still working on the trip details, availability, and pricing. As soon as a trip is published to the public with the dates and exact pricing, this becomes unavailable. If you want to ensure you get the best price- this is the way to make that happen!
Is the First-in-Line Deposit Refundable?
If the trip you signed up for doesn’t operate for any reason (ex. we need to postpone it for logistical reasons), we will either refund your deposit, or transfer it to a different trip- your choice. If you change your mind or your availability changes by the time the trip becomes officially available to book, the deposit is not refundable- but CAN BE transferred to a different trip of your choice.
What details can you provide about the trips in the works?
We can tell you that we book premium trips (4-star accommodations or above), that are typically 7-10 nights long. Our average group sizes are 21players + the pickleball instructor and group leaders. Our trip costs are typically $5,500-$10,000/person depending on the destination, length, and occupancy. We offer around 2-3 single occupancy options on each trip; the rest is double occupancy. You can share with a travel companion of your choice- even if they don’t play pickleball. We can offer an alternative itinerary for them while you play. You can review videos of our past itineraries and ask any questions or feedback from our past travelers in our Pickleball Group Trips Facebook Group.
If I am interested in more than one future trip, do I have to pay several First-in-Line Deposits?
If you want to secure your spot and extra discount, yes. Change the quantity at check out to reflect the correct number of deposits per person!
